This 12oz sparkling beverage was made from rehydrated Estate Pinot Noir, table grape & Siegerrebe skins in the piquette style, and blended with Estate pear and fermented dry.  It was bottle conditioned using local wildflower honey.  7.2% ABV. Serve chilled.
