Cloud Buster | Asian Pear and Grape Perry | 6.5%

Cloud Buster is a collaboration with Cloud Mountain Farm.  We used CMF’s certified organic Asian pears (Chojuri, Shinseiki & Mishirasu) and Interlaken, Lynden Blue, Canadice, Jupiter and Glenora grapes. The pears were pressed into stainless steel and spontaneously (without commercial yeast) fermented on whole cluster grapes.  This ferment is unfined, unfiltered and 100% additive free.
