Big Bertha | Apple Cider | 6.6%

Big Bertha is a cider made with a number of different cider apples grown by WSU in Mount Vernon.  Apples were ground and pressed into stainless, fermented spontaneously and aged on syrah lees.  The lot was primed with local honey and bottle conditioned.  Drink in the garden, on the porch or even in the shower...Big Bertha can do it all!
