What The Fox | Estate Rosé Vitis Labrusca | 9%

What the Fox is an estate rosé of Vitis Labrusca fox grapes!  These grapes were harvested by hand in September of 2022.  The fruit was crushed, destemmed, and soaked overnight.  The lot was transferred to a neutral oak barrel where it fermented dry.  This wine aged sur lees for 6 months before being carbonated and bottled by hand.  18 cases available.
