Wild Cider, Homegrown Flavor

In our orchard we grow various apples, pears, quince, plums, cherries, peaches, fig, kiwi and persimmon.  We use these estate grown fruits in the production of ciders.  In 2023, we expanded our orchard.  We grafted and planted 150 cider apple and perry pear fruit trees to enhance our production of cider and perry.  We are light handed in the orchard--we haven't found the need to spray and we are fortunate to live in a climate that can sustain perennial fruit production without irrigation!
