A new line of alcoholic beverage that drinks like a cider or wine spritzer. Poubelle is similar to a piquette in the wine world or a ciderkin amongst cider lovers! We press our fruit, pull the juice off and upcycle the fruit solids left behind. Using pristine water from a glacial fed aquifer, the skins and pomace from our fruit is rehydrated. It is pressed again, and additional sugar, tannin and water is extracted from what would otherwise be composted. This allows us to maximize our efficiency, upcycle waste, and ultimately reduce our carbon footprint by producing more products from a fixed amount of fruit. Then off to the fermentation station it goes--resulting in a light and refreshing day blazing companion.
