WILD CIDER,
HOMEGROWN FLAVOR
In our orchard we grow various apples, pears, quince, plums, cherries, peaches, fig, kiwi and persimmon which are all used as inputs to our ciders. We are currently grafting and planting 150 cider apple and perry pear fruit trees in the espalier style (trellised trees)! We feature spontaneous ferments of fruit juices and have kicked off a solera barrel program in the fermentation station! Our goal is always to be light handed in everything that we do on the farm and in the cidery.
